water tap on the bathroom sink took an extremely long time to produce hot water, and yet the the spa tub (which i was so happy to have) only had hot water - scalding, and i could not use it

the hotel was charming, staff were really helpful, the breakfast was great, and the location - right in the historic center, but still quiet - was perfect

and jogged around the lake, had paddle boat races, kayaked, played basketball, ping pong and pool, swam in the lake and pool and enjoyed the jacuzzi

the road in was horrible. the walk to restaurants, pool, and lake are dangerous.

the hotel is extremely well situated, clean and the rooftop pool is amazing, i really recommend this hotel, it was a great quality for the price

stair to go down from the pool has steps that are to high, causing me to slip and twist my ankle

breakfast was great,and that there was no noise at all coming from the hallway nor other rooms.

construction you can hear in the morning but you have to wake up to get breakfast in the morning anyways it’s not to much of a big

buffets, should accommodate more american dishes, but the snack shack was ok, & the salad bar was ok the bathrooms could of been a lot cleaner, as well as the

concept of staying in an all inclusive hotel but still having to tip for every drink, bell boy, room service and even breakfast

a good place to stay i would recommend they give your dinner and lunch and breakfast and i like the

small issues with wifi

the only issue was the wifi was not very strong in our room. the kids were a bit sad about that.

i had to go down to have them clean my room that s one thing i didn t enjoy having to ask for room
