food offering at breakfast, while nicely displayed and always plentiful, was not up to the quality of the facility

reduction in breakfast options. not your fault. just the response to coronavirus.

the kitchen/breakfast lady was awesome. busy, busy busy....with a smile on her face!

2 of the gym machines was not working.

being able to use guest laundry made it terrific

tub , on site parking, was able to get early check in arrived 90 minutes earlier than expected

we had to move rooms (with 3 kids 8 and under this was pretty disappointing)

the pool wasn’t working and they had allot of outsiders using the basket ball court

many peoples that are being housed here was to busy in the parking lots broken down cars, kids playing in the streets

our room was on the 4th floor, there was a lot of kids running back and forth in the hallway, slamming doors, you could hear every time someone slams

the breakfast was great for the three days i stayed there

they have a kitchen but no dishes or cooking utensils glasses nothing

on the day of my stay they call me and said they overbooked the spa room

clean everything myself and it also smelled like cigarettes through the entire room i liked the spa tub but i wish the bottom of the tub looked

great location as we booked the autotrain although we did not swim, the pool looked clean and inviting

gym was nice

and laundry are listed as amenities yet neither is available

noisy kids running through the hall around 9pm pounding on doors and laughing
