staff, wonderful accommodations during covid, gorgeous adult pool for lounging or laps and beautiful beach

the spa had no availability and the main restaurant was closed for the “season” - even though we

they got rid of the amazing smelling spa soaps that came with the room

the spa services are super expensive but we enjoyed it nonetheless

great pool, great beach, excellent spa, very delicious food

there were plenty of parking spots to choose from

the dinners at the aviator was not as good as the breakfast. but the service was good.

perhaps they could set up a couple of restrooms closer to the beach and outside the pool area so that everyone doesn't have to go into the hotel to access the restrooms

the breakfast was exceptional

free laundry, so close to beach, variety of pools, plenty of great restaurants nearby, pickleball and

traveling together and we each had a private bedroom with bath yet we had a roomy living/dining/kitchen area

the heated indoor pool was great for the kids when the spring weather was too cold or rainy to swim in the ocean

love the room and the view i had and i liked how i was on the 2nd floor so was good for the kids

great location. good pool. very clean. great find. truly enjoyed our stay. our room was huge.

not because the kids wouldn’t be ok going up and down the stairs, but for luggage purposes

about three blocks to the beach not the best with little kids

no room service yet (due to covid) but prices still went up (-)to covid there was no room service which is understandable but we were not told therefore we had no clean towels which (-)the pool towels were extremely small. room service doesn t start until 4:00 pm (-)no posting in menu about room service charges (+)the breakfast was good. we ordered room service one night and the burger was delicious! (-)we booked with the intention that the pool would be open, hot breakfast served every morning, room service daily, etc (-) said they had room service but room had no menu to order from (-) there was no room service so we had to do everything ourselves, like the trash and towels, etc (-)room service - hotel says covid policy and hence no room service however, no precautions were (-) room service busted in my room at 8am and woke me up then immediately walked out

wifi is as slow as possible

maybe can be good to think about room for kids with toys when weather is not good

ordered room service for breakfast and the meal was delicious, prompt, hot

the bar was really over crowded but it was a saturday night

the amenities we needed not to mention that it was beachfront so we didn't have to worry about parking

the pool was lovely and not crowded

we ran out of laundry detergent, and the man at the front desk gave us his own detergent

accommodated an hour early check in

i also did a few loads of laundry in the common area laundry room

qr code laundry machines, overcharged and put a virus on our phone. found a cochroach

the staff was very friendly and the pool was really nice

gym hours too short on weekend, pool was advertised online but closed in person

pool was really nice, jut needed a little more attention, there was quite some debris on the bottom

you are able to bring your pet for a small pet fee, but be aware you will hear barking

even after checkout, so it was nice te be able to go play at the beach and be able to rince the kids off before we took

the breakfast fit the bill for me. no complaints.

the laundry was fussy bit it wasn't a big deal.
