lovely pool and great hot tub

next door took away from the relatively unspoiled area, but my kids were happy

there's a guest laundry in the hotel, 2,50 for the washing machine and the same for the dryer

location, cleanliness, pool, laundry facilities, staff were friendly and responsive

the accommodation is clean, it has a nice pool and gym and the staff is very nice and helpful

lots of things to do, hike, beach, pool golf, surf, pickleball and tennis

food at the hotel bar should be easier to eat

view, the smell of the lobby, the amenities/activities, snorkel gear rental, staff, kids loved room service, the cozy bed, the quietness of the resort

room service was excellent very prompt

not serving lunch via room service

gym room could open earlier

also, resort/spa activities were less available than expected

location, kitchenette w stove and oven, guest laundry, paddle boarding out to sand bar was spectacular, many turtle sightings, cats living

the laundry room closed at 9 pm.

the pool was lovely and soothing on our aching bodies after a long day of activity
