noisy no phones not feeling safe kids running around over head all night people fighting outside window at 330am

money for it after they already mess up my reservation there not happy with this place at all kids running up and down the hallaway playing loud music very uncomfortable

as if it was animal hair trapped in it very suffocating i couldn’t breathe and i also had kids in the room with me

people fighting with each other all night long so me and my kids go in my car and stay and i had to argue with them to get my refund and i’m still waiting

bathtub didn't drain (so standing in water while showering), key pad opener on door faulty; fitness equipment (stationary bike) jammed so couldn't use

they provide a free shuttle to the airport and you can leave your car for $3 a night, much better than airport parking

only thing that bothered me and not my kids or husband, was the a/c going off and on all night long
