beautiful hotel & location! nice indoor pool for the kids. right next to mt. washington!

loved that it had 2 ev chargers as we took our tesla to the hotel

the staff at the bar was also very polite and had happy faces to greet you at any point in time

weird lobby bar area rules

good (skip the steak for sure), but the waitress was very nice and helpful; moved our room due to kids jumping on beds above us for hours but front desk did help with that after second phone call -

internet non existent in bedroom. food in bar was just ok but music and drinks were good!

bath towels were spa type quality/design

pool very cold and no restaurant.

the attached pond and pool were a nice added bonus

dinner in the bar was excellent

we could hear kids running around on the floor above us

the recently opened swimming pool was amazing and the gym had all new (and more than sufficient) equipment

also, their golf course is right across the street, very convenient to use

max at the bar is the best. coffee all the time was great.

games room and bar closed at 9.00.

cabins were fantastic and the lodge one had a kitchen a bedroom with two trundle beds and a separate room with a full-size bed it was great as we

ordering the food as a room service, given the price was pretty unfair

lots of history and beautiful spanish rennaissance architecture

the outdoor pool was a fantastic experience especially with the snow all around

about this hotel, its like walking through the history, a lot of amenities like swimming pool, fire pit to make s mores, fireplaces, chess tables on every other floor

so does the cost to play golf

the bretton arms inn is much better for couples than the main hotel because it's quieter (less kids), and you have access to all the main hotel facilities, which is an easy 3 minute walk

we were hoping to use the pool and hot tub but who wants to have to take a shuttle to get to and from the pool

was no restaurant or bar in the hotel, it was closed for the season

drinks during dinner at the 1896 bar were well balanced and a good pour

that and the outdoor pool was closed

the hotel also has a pickle-ball room, a breakfast cafe, a bar/restaurant and a laundry - this latter being invaluable for refreshing clothes during a long trip

would have loved to hang out more at night in the lobby if there were a bar down there

acted as a concierge making our stay wonderful and letting us know about all the dining options, late check out, etc

ask for anything more, and the inclusive dinner and breakfast complementary was out of this world

we also made good use of the self serve laundry which was easy to use

there was a restaurant and bar so no need to leave if one wanted an inclusive stay

i booked it through online its says it will be kitchen and two stories room but when i got there there was no kitchen it was a bunk bed for

no jacuzzi tub no kitchenette no extras

sprawling 40 acres; excellent location, views and forested venue pools, great breakfast

the breakfast was delicious, the indoor pool was on point and the staff was really kind.

with a smile, everything is orderly and efficient, clean, excellent service, a beautiful hotel, a pool and a location in the heart of all the shopping and food, an excellent location for going on
