pool could have been warmer

spa was wonderful

and my favorite part of the property was the outdoor heated pool

outdoor heated pool, stables, golf, walking and hiking options, lawn games etc

lots of history and beautiful spanish rennaissance architecture

our kids were devastated

drinks during dinner at the 1896 bar were well balanced and a good pour

the restaurant and bar option at the hotel was also closed

breakfast, shuttle was convenient, location has amazing mountain views, outdoor heated pool in -17° wind chill, spa (but book early to get what services you want), skiing, history tour

was no restaurant or bar in the hotel, it was closed for the season

had a room with bunk beds and a kitchen which was fabulous because we were traveling w/ family

stayed in a lovely spacious, detached cabin with kitchen utilities and a front porch that we could sit out on and watch the sunset

shower could use a makeover and kitchen stove was all greasy.

the coziness of the room, the availability of the pool and children's play area

the hot top in the kitchen area was awesome because we couldn't grill because the rain

also, there is a bar you can grab a quick drink

the scenery is absolutely beautiful, the food, the drinks and the heated pool we enjoyed everything next time we will definitely bring our kids so many things to do here we

wish there was a jacuzzi in the pool room

in room, overall nice accommodations and sofa bed was already pulled out and made up for our kids when we arrived -a small outdoor terrace (we stayed in carriage house) for two people to sit,

really nothing except i wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and the fitness center.

we were sitting in the bar and many items were forgotten solely due to how busy they were

the inn is so tastefully done, the breakfast was amazing, and check in and check out was first class

the room itself had amazing views and a 2 person spa tub

our room featured a large spa bath in a large bathroom that was spotless with gorgeous views over the white mountains -

we had a queen bedroom with seating in front of the gas fireplace, huge spa hot tub and shower

the breakfast was outstanding and the waiter and waitress were great. always very accommodating.

so at least we're stuck in a place with everything that we need: good food in the tavern, pool, gym

so we're looking forward to using the gym and the theater

liked the size of the room, and the fact that there was a spa/hot tub in the room, and a pool on the premises

the game room was super fun as was the basement game room for ping pong, pool, etc; the gym, while small, is clean and had enough for varied workouts

am happy to report that the rooms that are slightly cheaper with a small kitchen and murphy bed is such an amazing room

i booked it through online its says it will be kitchen and two stories room but when i got there there was no kitchen it was a bunk bed for

no microwave in the room ! you had to go to the laundry room to use one ! not impressed !
