the hotel bar on the second floor was closed on wednesday evening (8:30pm) march 19th.

it was 1:30 in the afternoon, standard check in at 3pm, requested an early check in when i booked, no refund even though we stayed at a different hotel

no pool or hot tub. we also wish the bar was open later and breakfast was available later too.

sink in bar had dirty finger prints (maybe chocolate) on the faucet handles

was other guest that cause a lot of noise not staying in their rooms and kids running up and down the halls for hours and knocking on our door non stop
