what can you do during a pandemic no spa pool lunch dinner restaurant and still it was great

spacious room, comfortable bed, large bathroom, nice smell of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and

your breakfast was amazing .pool and spa wonderful.

parking is free in the lot but hard to find a spot late evening

location, pleasant staff, plenty of free parking, several department strores and restaurants within walking

and bar were refurbished nicely

surprised by the facilities for the price: outdoor fire pit and hot tubs, on-site restaurants, gym, and games room

was a nice touch, and we appreciated the mini play area in the cafeteria, which was perfect for kids

they have painted the outdoor doors nicely and added some picnic tables and a playground for kids

good parking space, close to the room

the wifi speed is pretty decent and staffs are helpful

water of the pool was very clear and the surrounding very clean

on the toilet bowl and urine in the toilet, little pieces of kleenex on the floor, mirror over spa bath had fingerprints and worst of all when my daughter took a bath her white face cloth turned

comfy, cost effective, pristine cleanliness, clo seese to everything, lots of parking space

was easy to access, provided parking for my big truck, staff very friendly and attentive

the hotel was exceptionally clean, well stocked and had a very cozy swimming pool and lounge area

called gym has 2 cycles and in total ~12 meter square limited option on breakfast room cleaning did not

kitchenette lacked spoons, bowls, large glasses, cutting board, counter space and a microwave

could be more child proof by keeping doors closed to stairs and pool area at all times.

the spa was fun and the location was very good.

the shower head should be handheld as it difficult for kids to take a bath

the wait for dinner on the rooftop terrace and for room service was really long

there was no clear room service schedule posted anywhere and when ever i called the front desk to inquire it seems

rooms were well laid out and kitchen had the ability to prepare lots of food choices if that was what you desired

breakfast had plenty of options with slight variations every day

we arrived late so we didn’t really had the chance to enjoy the spa and what it is offer beside the room itself

not only do you have spa services on site, you also have a perfectly temperature salt pool and an outdoor fire place

it was the third time in this resort. we love the area, swimming pool, kayaks - just everything!

to the pool before breakfast isn’t always guaranteed - if it could open as of 8am, that would be nice

of interior design, lots of sunlight in the house facilities: hot steam room, sauna, swimming pool, yoga studio, professional equipped kitchen, instruments(piano, guitar)…

the spa was superb, the location marvellous and the hosts vinny and dominique made it feel like home

very unique concept - private spa and amazing food

one small thing to note is that the cold plunge (in the photos) was not in service and the pool and area around the pool is a bit older than shown in the photos

the bar was fully stocked and there's a comfortable area to sit and have a drink

although the bar appears empty, you can request beer/drinks at the reception and they will serve you

noisy ac, highway noise (appreciated the white-noise machine). pool can have a bit of upgrade.
