friendly helpful staff, all you could want for a cold buffet breakfast, and the indoor pool not too warm

spa and breakfast

kitchenette lacked spoons, bowls, large glasses, cutting board, counter space and a microwave

were small for the bathroom, 1ply toilet paper, did not have dishware/utensils for 4 people in kitchenette

it was fun to be able to enjoy spa and swimming pool too

there was no clear room service schedule posted anywhere and when ever i called the front desk to inquire it seems

shuttle to the slopes, restaurants, separate storage for equipment, everyday activities for kids including petting zoo, live alpacas and cookie

kids menu comes with a small salad :)

the outdoor waterpark is a huge bonus for kids

if you intend to be without kids runnings around

manager everything is new and clean exceptional location nice amenities, play room, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, etc comfortable rooms

rooms were well laid out and kitchen had the ability to prepare lots of food choices if that was what you desired

breakfast had plenty of options with slight variations every day

the hotel was exceptionally clean, well stocked and had a very cozy swimming pool and lounge area

terrible gym mediocre breakfast no restaurant on-site

we had a large quiet room overlooking the pool and back lawn

the breakfast is great quality l, healthy and delicious

hotel located down the path from the balnéa spa (one of the best in canada)

breakfast could be varied, it is the same everyday

kids liked the bunk beds

breakfast was limited to bagels, yogurt & fruit

that it was a great place for kids to get a idea of what a spa is…

what can you do during a pandemic no spa pool lunch dinner restaurant and still it was great

your breakfast was amazing .pool and spa wonderful.

our stay the pool area was being re-landscaped and it appears that some of the fitness facilities were still

and gorgeous location, nice breakfast spread with many options, great spa facilities

campfires, hot tubs, a pool and an exceptional lakefront… even a rainy morning was fun on the screened in porch

close to the zoo, nice outdoor space and nice to have a balcony after kids went to bed.

bed was comfortable. balcony with windows that opened. can control heating. free parking

they even have a game room for kids our toddler loved it

the restaurant and bar being part of the hotel made it very convenient

my grandson did not use the pool because it did not look healthy

to covid the spa fascilities were closed as was the restaurant, so basically it was like a air

to the pool before breakfast isn’t always guaranteed - if it could open as of 8am, that would be nice

the room and the pool were above our expectations

the motel was in a convenient spot in granby. it was roomy with easy parking.

it has everything one needs: clean bathroom, comfy enough bed and spacious room with wifi

ceiling in wood, vey spacious, modern renovated wash room, with two doors in room, one for parking, one for terrasse and swimming pool,very comfortable and relaxing

i also liked how parking is in front of your door

i just think it could use a bit of tlc at $140+/night for a spa room

very unique concept - private spa and amazing food

one small thing to note is that the cold plunge (in the photos) was not in service and the pool and area around the pool is a bit older than shown in the photos

of interior design, lots of sunlight in the house facilities: hot steam room, sauna, swimming pool, yoga studio, professional equipped kitchen, instruments(piano, guitar)…

the spa was superb, the location marvellous and the hosts vinny and dominique made it feel like home
