the rooftop pool and hot tub were so cool

lovely fish restaurant and lively pool bar all on site

wished that the pool was available for the whole family, kids as well as adults

i enjoyed the free shuttle service around town

shuttle and valet staff are awesome 10

location is wonderful, marina waterfront with a great vista and with a beautiful indoor pool

the pool area was beautiful and clean, we will bring out swim suits next time we visit

right on the marina, lovely bar and restaurant

i enjoyed the pool and the walk into rockport

it was just uncomfortable to have to go out and then indoors in order to go to the gym or pool, so i didn't go which is what i had looked forward to doing

also appreciated the help from the overnight staff who provided a bag for our clothing when doing laundry late at night

staff was friendly,it was beautiful decorated,it was super clean, the cleanest indoor pool i ever saw at a hotel, beautiful outdoor area decent breakfast that is the only thing that

really like the pool, hot tub, and work out center, which we used everyday we were there

warned us about renovations and pool issues, but did not affect us

breakfast was a little lighter than we thought it would be but it was served in a very nice room

quaint new england inn. good restaurant and bar area. good view and places to walk.

arriving back at the hotel after a day of sightseeing, we were advised that both the bar and restaurant were closed that evening and as

views of the atlantic from the comfortable porch, beautiful grounds and inviting pool deck

parking lot was overcrowded at night

renovations are great and having the breakfast nook and late night bar available is a huge

oh and the parking is plentiful and free

i do wish there were more slots in the parking lot since it usually gets crowded overnight

the parking lot was clean but a little dark

complimentary coffee and tea in the afternoon, breakfast was good with a wide range of delicious food

a nice size spa to relax in and then a cozy bed

off street parking, quiet places to sit and eat breakfast, relaxing atmosphere

breakfast was wonderful, and we enjoyed sitting by the fire in the evenings

administration of the inn was incredibly helpful and accommodating to our special requests, the breakfast was very good

quesadilla from the bar was delicious and lobster/creamy pasta dinner was fabulous

accommodated requests for early check in which really helped me on this trip

but wondered why when i asked at the desk then woman said there really isn’t anything for kids to do here

heart of salem with all of the old world charm you would expect and a fantastic restaurant and bar

it had a shuttle bus into the town if you didn t wish to walk

early check in was awesome

for food, provided bathrobes were great for covering up to go to and from the pool, and the gym was well equipped

excellent except for lack of parking and late room service

i really appreciated that they were able to text me when my room was ready so i could have an early check in

is no room service and as a girl it was really hard to get ready in the bathroom because of the dark

best breakfast (without fresh eggs) i’ve ever seen

the breakfast had a wonderful variety of items to choose from

pet fee of $75 we thought was very high and the pool heater was broken so the pool was cold and we were looking forward to a warm
