friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed, warm room, nice shower, delicious evening meal and breakfast

meal was good and served in the bar which had a super feel for our meal with a friend

that new or inexperienced staff could do with additional support or training around the food and bar menus/service

we stayed with kids and a toddler and felt very welcome

room was next to the bathroom for the bar so there was some noise when it was being used, however luckily it wasn't too busy

breakfast was a little earlier that we would have chosen when we are on holiday - but this was not

easy access by car, plenty of parking, amazing walks in every direction

the breakfasts were excellent and portions enormous

to use wifi you need to log in each time, sometimes a very slow process.

breakfast, location, clean and tidy and had all the facilities we needed

unfortunately the only minor thing was our room was over the bar and was very noisy until early hours but we were so tired we still fell asleep quite quickly
