our room was located in a convenient area, not far from the lobby, the parking lot and flanagan's

the shower head leaked water every time you take a shower, and lastly room service, it was crappy, i only had my sheets changed once, my towels replaced once, any trash

also, there should be something stating the pool and gym were closed prior to booking, as this is the only reason we chose to stay here
