liked the fact that the room had kitchenette and cooking stuff you could use if you decided to cook your own food

was spacious and clean with full working kitchen in case you did not want to eat out

space, amazing service and delicious breakfast rooms are great and the lawn was perfect for the kids

i also love that they did not nickel and dime you - all snacks in room were free, free breakfast and so many things to borrow like chairs, wagons and umbrellas for beach included

so much space for enjoying the grounds and having kids play

wasn't anything we didn't like, but i wish the breakfast included some simple warm dishes vs

kevin was amazing - he set up golf reservations at montauk downs which is kind of impossible to get

we enjoyed the pool area to relax in the afternoons

the pool doesn't seem to have any attendants working there, there is no food or beverage service

cottage, decor, location, pool, sunset, restaurant, bar, tennis court, beach access.

would be expected during these times, many amenities were missing: no breakfast, fitness room, or pool

the cottages are well appointed and perfectly situated for comfort and access to the pool the restaurant and the tennis courts

ac was disgusting filthy i had to clean it ( great way to spread germs) kids partied all night both nights i did not get to sleep kids partied all night outside my door ,

second room was very noisy because upstairs had kids stomping the floor day and night

in the kitchen, bathroom had long,black hair all over (i have blond hair) this is a place for kids very noisy

it was not meant for. beach or kids.

the location is ideal for those who want to be close to beach, have pool access and be able to explore town

were there during the week and the bar restaurant and pool all closed at 6 which was very

decor, ambiance, staff, pool, breakfast

that people would spread towels across beach chairs by the pool to save seats for others

stayed at this hotel with our two kids and had a wonderful experience

they also hire beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for kids from the inn reception

since it was still cool out and april we didn't experience the pool or tennis

the pool and grounds were great and the beach was a nice walk

service was quick until it was time to get the check, then we waited a while and had to go to the bar to request to pay

not near anywhere so if you are someone without a car you better be satisfied with the pool and grounds

the pool was clean, they provide towels and there was ample lounge chairs with umbrellas

no one traveling with kids should be forced to endure 4-5 police cars and several ambulances parked just below your room
