the pool isn’t working

pool broken, ac leaking, no hot water, dead insects in original room, lots of dogs, no restaurants

we booked hotel because in the pic it showed it had a pool

like the room and the staff also the pool was nice and warm for my kids

the internet was down for most of the stay the pool was not accessable until the next day which is just crazy

comfortable bed lovely swimming pool tiny gym with 4 machines but perfect for an air conditioned

very responsive staff. great sense of personal security. pool area large yet intimate.

however, they offer room service which is great especially if you need a cup of coffee first thing in the morning

the roof top pool has a great view and at night it converts into a bar lounge which was pretty cool

they had a shuttle that pick me up at the airport at 2 in morning for free

i reach hotel at 1 am with my family n kids the lady told me that she canceled my reservation and she doesn t have any more room

they started to install the pool bar so there was an open hole at the pool which did not make the place very attractive either

and comfortable, but the showstopper is the location at the lagoon which is basically a huge pool

there are lots of activities on offer and the massages/spa was fabulous

wifi didn’t work and the horrible techo-pop music constantly blasted at the bar and restaurant almost ruined an otherwise fantastic experience

the bar and beach chairs are beautifully located at the lake, and we didn't miss a pool at all
