wifi speed a little slow

i liked the bar area

coffee and toast were not served at the table all the facilities well maintained and plenty of parking

room service charge to have a 16 pizza and chips brought up

the room this time was excellent and even had little built in bunkbeds for the kids

excellent swimming pool sauna

perfect location; friendly staff, good food, nice swimming pool.

noisy locals in the bar blocking doors and route in and out although the area was not busy

spacious rooms comfortable bed very attentive staff. excellent location and parking.

wifi wasn't working in the bedroom my phone only had emergency calls luckily hotel phone in bedroom

strong wifi in the bedrooms and throughout the hotel

kitchen although had everything needed was maybe slightly small for the volume of people at busy

big,nice garden place where you can have a bbq time or breakfast/dinner…for kids and dog was a paradise as well

accomodation was perfect for playing golf,we actually played a course before arriving (lamlash),but got soaked through,when we arrived

great bathroom/shower nice and private but with great communal kitchen easy parking

love the staff, the rooms, the views, the peace & quiet, the pubs, the golf course

ran out of kippers at breakfast time, but there was a haddock alternative that was very tasty indeed

the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious, with plenty of options

the free wifi was very patchy and the tables in the bar were not adequate for eating a meal at.

breakfast and dinners here are excellent and room was very good

didn't eat dinner in the restaurant, but breakfast was luxurious and lovely

were greeted with a warm reception and a guided tour of the restaurant and bar before being shown to our rooms
