pool nice and clean rooms very tastefully decorated

it would be nice if they had a veranda by the pool to stay out of the sun

quiet location right before you get into maggie valley. very clean. nice little pool

really friendly and even allowed our family who wasn't staying there to use the pool

don't like to pay a pet fee for each day stay

small parking lot and half of it is reserved for the mini golf business

$30.00 pet fee each night for our large dog.

there is a mini golf directly beside castlewood inn which my

price was high on pet fee .

i didn’t use the indoor heated pool but that’s another great amenity at this place

more parking for trucks and trailers and covered parking for bikes.

when they did laundry one side of the rooms lost hot water

we were a little sad the pool wasn’t working. but the sign was up due to covid delaying parts.

pool was nice and clean and grounds were nicely manicured

a playground for little ones, activities for the teens and adults such as corn hole, a seasonal pool, and much more

nice quiet place for you to go to. you can sit by the creek or swim in the pool. very relaxing
