stay here to watch a tv, but it would've been nice to have more than a single, small tv in the bar area to watch games

the hotel also has a great grill located within and a spa that we went to

this is an upscale 4star hotel right in biltmore village that had restaurant, bar, spa in the main building

was a beautiful hotel, the staff were so polite and kind; from the front desk to the vallet and room service

beautifully appointed, rooms were large, great bathroom, excellent on site dining w excellent room service; proximity to attractions was great; staff were friendly and

renovation,, parking, no bar, no vending machines

location, cleanliness, quiet, fitness center was great!

the fitness center had free weights, a cable machine, stair stepper and treadmill, which was unexpected

the room was under a gym that was very loud with lots of jumping sounds from the ceiling

-- the adjacent bar was lovely and the bartender rose was kind, attentive and accommodating

had a bit of an issue with the microwave for breakfast… coffee not very hot…

the much-touted bar wasn't actually open any of the three nights we were there

there is a coffee shop on site and a restaurant with a very interesting menu: a gym and roof top bar are still being renovated from the damage incurred by hurricane helene, but they are expected

the golden hour restaurant was excellent and the rooftop bar a great location for relaxing with a cocktail

unfortunately the gym was closed due to hurricane consequences.

great location. upstairs bar was wonderful at sunset and restaurant was delicious.

the rooftop bar was our destination for evening libations

the rooftop bar was open but understand due to the hurricane a few areas of the hotel were temporarily closed

thin--we heard everything the people upstairs were doing, from casually walking around, to doing laundry, to arguing, to having sex

traveling as a family the space was perfect — including a sitting area as well as kitchen

we loved the full kitchen and w/d and comfortable furnishings

loved that it had laundry in our room that’s a bonus

i loved that we had a washer/dryer in our room so i could do some laundry and not pack up our filthy clothes

the staff was very helpful, the bar and restaurant was convenient and surprisingly good.

on site restaurant, lounge, and coffee bar were all good

room phone not operational. had to use cell phone to order room service.

breakfast was wonderful, too

kitchen stove needed repaired front was falling off

wish i was able to tell from the listing just what was included in the kitchenette, i would have taken more of an advantage of it

full kitchen, jacuzzi hot tub, beautiful river views!

the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and very clean

the kitchen had all staples, all you needed was the food

no elevators with lots of rustic steps to the room and to the pool.

kitchenette lacked a sink, description said there was a toaster and there was not one

small and quaint! room was clean and the spa on site was really nice
