great staff, enabling early check in and storing luggge while we explored

room (14) was a good size for 3 mum friends, high ceilings, two sinks in the bathroom lots of space in the main bedroom

she also allowed us an early check in as room was available

you are right in the centre of historic bath, roman spa and cathedral are just around the corner, nearby columbian coffee shop serves amazing coffee

my request for early check in, i was upgraded to a bigger room and the staff were lovely

introduction online says it's a five minute walk away from bath spa rail station, but it actually takes 10 minutes, according to google map

only thing i will say is that we paid for a late check out and housekeeping weren’t informed and tried to come in at 11

i liked it all, friendly staff clean rooms, early check in.

the spa bath did not work which we were really looking forward to using.
