location next to sally lunn’s and close to baths, spa and abbey
great staff, enabling early check in and storing luggge while we explored
she also allowed us an early check in as room was available
you are right in the centre of historic bath, roman spa and cathedral are just around the corner, nearby columbian coffee shop serves amazing coffee

centre of bath staff were fantastic (red haired girl was just adorable and could not do enough) bar service was nice touch
i believe it happened due to us purchasing a late check out when we checked in and that may not have been informed to the staff
the thermae bath spa is a 5 minute walk from the hotel
value for money rooms small but adequate check in easy and our room was ready when we arrived early check in time officially 3 reception staff friendly always welcomed you with a greeting and a
breakfast and late night bar available

there is also a nice bar with a wonderful view

were very good, clean & warm separate buildings, to the bar
location only 20 minutes from the bath park and ride and bath spa university
