and the restaurant and bar area is worth a visit even if you do not stay overnight

nice having the great restaurant/ bar downstairs to be used as communal area especially during non-busy hours

beautiful historic property , charming location and the staff, and bar were wonderful

there was a nice bar and restaurant but as in so many hotels in the us, it was simply too cold to sit inside

glass of wine upon my arrival and the breakfast spread was small but perfect

although we didn’t use the outdoor facilities including a pool lm sure in the spring and summer it will be a bonus

i loved using the bikes and having breakfast available all morning

dogs allowed, good size room to fit family with small kids and two dogs for one night

our bedroom facing the pool was full of light and very comfortable, the garden/swimming pool area has been well thought,

everyone who worked there, in the hotel, the bar and in the diner, were very friendly, helpful and accommodating

the hotel is family friendly so if you're looking for a more lively bar/food scene stay in the actual town of greenport

the bar has excellent cocktails and wine and is so cosy to hang out

the self service breakfast and tea time in the evenings, the kitchenette was amazing

of the thing i love most when i stay at a hotel is breakfast

i would have rather had a real breakfast at the bar downstairs

pool window between 10am and 7pm was a bit short

loved the cleanliness of the room, the pool and the grounds

noise from sprinklers was intrusive. kettle didn't work v well and wifi a bit temperamental

liked the size of the grounds. parking. ease of checking in and out. front desk seemed friendly.

it had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking

there is enough parking and good location with stop and shop across the street and great restaurants not too far

parking by the rooms was a little tight so i would advise backing in if you can for easy pulling

on the beach with a great pool and a fabulous big garden area

there was no continental breakfast, also the parking was very tight

there were several plumbing problems and the parking was pretty narrow.

the gym was dirty and old. the floor in the room was very dirty.
