the staff exceptional and the pool and view beautiful

wifi could have been better but it s possible something wasn t working correctly (or user (-)wifi was ok for me on my laptop, but others felt it was not that good for their ipads. (-)wifi and happened to be out one night when i had to work but they had no control over it (-)wifi did not work in room - connection was good outside door but not in room (+) i had to work remotely while i was here, and while the wifi speed is low, i was able to maintain all my zoom calls with no interruptions and streamed hulu (-) the wifi was spotty at best

free parking passes to the beach and the canoe and kayak were a lot of fun

there were several plumbing problems and the parking was pretty narrow.

the staff is friendly and the pool was warm and so much fun for the kids

liked that it had the kitchen and cooking amenities.

noise from sprinklers was intrusive. kettle didn't work v well and wifi a bit temperamental

liked the size of the grounds. parking. ease of checking in and out. front desk seemed friendly.

parking by the rooms was a little tight so i would advise backing in if you can for easy pulling

pool and grounds were great to lose yourself in on a sunny day

no one traveling with kids should be forced to endure 4-5 police cars and several ambulances parked just below your room

dogs allowed, good size room to fit family with small kids and two dogs for one night

our bedroom facing the pool was full of light and very comfortable, the garden/swimming pool area has been well thought,

clean room, great location, helpful staff. lived the pool and grounds.

the limited parking, the continental breakfast wasn t good and the bathroom shower drain wouldn t drain

we didn’t use the pool but the pool area looked nice

lady at the desk was super and allowed early check in which was so helpful

the pool was closed for the season whilst my friend in another hotel 2 miles away was still open

rooms were clean, very quiet, no one was ever in the pool except my mom and me with my son

breakfast was delicious! coffee fresh and choice of cereals.

everyone who worked there, in the hotel, the bar and in the diner, were very friendly, helpful and accommodating

the hotel is family friendly so if you're looking for a more lively bar/food scene stay in the actual town of greenport

the bar has excellent cocktails and wine and is so cosy to hang out

the room was spacious and clean with a mini breakfast/snack area on the same floor

breakfast was great

breakfast is not really a breakfast more just coffee which is available all day and a few danishes

wish a little more choice for breakfast (continental)

whole staff was great, fresh baked cookies and the galley on the floor with drinks and breakfast items

but the worst was the noise from the bar, which is too central, and kept going 90 mins past the supposed 11pm closing

and the restaurant and bar area is worth a visit even if you do not stay overnight
