the staff in the hotel, bar and restaurant were excellent

nice little sports bar with separate dinning area, which looks newly refurbished

food was great and looked after the kids well

unfortunately breakfast didn't happen as power failure in kitchen

we ate at the bar in the evening

the room available for a family with 3 kids and the practicality of the kitchen

was very clean and they even had the room ready for an early check in

very close to everything staff lovely plus late check out

paid for breakfast but 10am was too late, to have it

the breakfast served in the bistro attached to the hotel was delicious and so much choice

fantastic location that always felt safe, clean rooms, quiet, great breakfast, and a friendly staff

the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant the breakfast was wonderful, and the waiting staff were efficent and couldn't be more

bunk beds are very small and flimsy (it looks like they are made for children not for adults), so you should not be too tall/big and they wobble quite a lot when the person below/above

has taken the family room for 3 adults, i feel it would have been tight for four
