the breakfast is excellent, with fresh products every day

the bed was rock hard. kids were fine with the sofa bed, but the actual bed was not soft.

kitchen was a bonus, beds were very comfortable and bath was lovely after walking round edinburgh

wifi was poor, we wanted to watch a movie before going to sleep but kept buffering and eventually

the wifi did drop in our room but we didn't mind tbh its just more something to be aware of

mind you,the hotel is situated within a bar so it may be a bit noisy at times

entrance, at first i thought it was some student bar but the hotel is lovely and would highly recommend

you do also have to request room service they came in and put new towels down, but didn t make the bed

love the decor , comfortable beds, wifi, hairdryer and the toiletries are larger bottles so refillable rather than the small travel

night or two and ended up staying longer because it was perfect for me for location, comfort, and room service

at 2:45 i asked them could i check in now and after a bit of pretend communication between room service and reception they said i could go up to room at 2:55
