breakfast is not great, but exactly what i am expecting at this price point

to covid-19, there is no free breakfast, no maid service, no pool and no gym

the staff was excellent and the set up for the bar perfect

customer service, conveniently located, and had plenty of parking (+ev chargers which were an added bonus)

the swimming pool and jacuzzi are tastefully designed to unwind and watch the sunsets

attempted to swim in the outdoor pool & found some sort of rat-sized rodent floating dead in the pool

tv's were good size and there was a glass slider in the room overlooking the pool area which was nice

smoke detector, electrical fixture hanging out of wall sockets, teenagers hanging out, no breakfast, bedspreads had cigarette burns, towels/face towel dingy, cable had few channels to watch

bulbs, gross carpet, stains all over bathroom, neither door nor window locked, drug deals in parking lot, etc

love the location it’s convenient that it’s there’s a bar upstairs there’s a restaurant downstairs

they gave us coupons for the bar and for the coffee shop- they were easy to work with and accommodated our need for early check
