big room with a big balcony and a pool

attempted to swim in the outdoor pool & found some sort of rat-sized rodent floating dead in the pool

we were very unhappy with this stay. the pool was ok.

no breakfast

the pool/spa is nice; my kids really enjoyed it

the continental breakfast was so limited

i needed to wash uniforms and the laundry room was clean and secure

the bar and restaurant was a lot of fun and well priced. the staff was friendly

great stay loved the early check in and late check out.

got stuck in the back yard area- went to check out the pool and couldn’t get back in

gym was an added bonus

rooftop bar was not ready

the pool was closed

was not ready when arrived,i had to wait almost 2hrs in the parking lot

the pool and the jacuzzi are not available for use due to the renovations and they are both empty

no maid service. trash overflowing.no breakfast. no sofa in room.

also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, with access to full kitchen

the grounds were beautiful & the pool was awesome

breakfast is not something that is prepared for you

some fresh eggs would be nice for breakfast.

we enjoyed our time by the pool and the outdoor kitchen area was very nice

they do advertise free breakfast, but it is more of a grab and go type of food items like fruit and yogurt and cereal

that it has a kitchen!

i truly loved that the rooms had a kitchen, a small ‘dining’ table, and the tv size was great

the small kitchen set up was amazing too, really well stocked with appliances, overall great

from the kitchen area

the pool was dirty the room coffee was not good

no eggs for breakfast otherwise ok

pool was clean and my kid loved it

breakfast was very basic.

only bad part is the no breakfast but i can't expect that with the whole covid19 problem.

the spa tub and how spacious the room was.

i didn't like was that the spa tub didn't work at all and we just spend on something that we didn't got to

pool/hot tub area are wonderful

of roaches dead roaches on towels i to go an buy my own couldn't relax by the pool with regular clothes on tried to cancel after making it to the property an saw people sleeping

the pool had cigarette buds and trash in it my kids couldn’t get in

service, gave me a different room, 2nd story which i wanted to begin with, right near the pool

i ordered towels and water via room service and they never came which i had to go to the front desk to get done

no room service but

i liked that there was a gym with excellent equipment

friendly staff, nice room, comfortable bed, room service was excellent and quick, location was convenient, and a starbucks around the corner
