the room had a large fridge, a table, shampoo and soap, wifi, and air conditioning

he took us in his own car to universal studios, to save us the $70 parking fee , which was a 5 min car ride

one thing i really like about this hotel is the parking

we asked for an early check in because of the rain and the manager welcomed us warmly

out water & snacks & utensils when out door dash failed to bring us some lol then gave us a late check out when we slept in a bit more than we hoped

kids loved the outdoor movie! room service food was excellent

wifi didn't work well in the rooms and in other hotel locations universal shuttle is helpful

was good for me and my kids 11,13 for one night

he saw we had 5 adults and little kids so he gave us a room with an extra bed

the location of the room, it is in the ground floor and very appropriate for seniors and kids

friendly staff, clean room, accommodated us nicely with early check in and late check out

it is comfortable, clean and a great swimming pool. the staff is amazing and friendly
