was a very busy weekend and as such the pool seemed a little cloudy and could have done with more cleaning

the restaurant and bar staff change the tv to english music when they can without being asked

additionally the hotel was very loud from road noise and pool goers

pool hrs control; 22:30hrd max. each room should have small fridge couple bbq available

pool is nice. could be cleaner.

friendly and the hotel was located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and close to a laundry

also, we didn't like the fact that the restaurant and other amenities (pool, bar, spa etc) where located down the hill

has a lot of potential but does need staff in the restaurant/waiters and bar tender

adult pool always had kids and it was so dirty

the bar hours are ridiculous- no alcohol served with breakfast or after 10pm

all had like a tanning deck , 1 foot deep so perfect for families with little kids

24 hr room service was awesome

two floors below the rooms had private pools, which would be fun for kids, but we liked being up high with the view

the gym was recently renewed if you are planning to work out during your trip

breakfast was good but a little pricey

some facilities like the gym were abandoned, construction noises all day close to the pool.

hairdryer not working, very poor maintenance in bathroom generally, fridge not working in our kids room)

the staff is amazing, the location is great. the breakfast is really good. the spa is superb.

the resort is dated, the breakfast isn t very good, and cocktail service is pretty slow.

only good thing about the club upgrade was breakfast in castaways
