absolutely fabulous location. beach wasn t swimmable but so beautiful, and pool was lovely

of water completely the day i was to leave so that morning i had to fetch water from the swimming pool to take a quick and incomplete shower

our faves were the beach hammocks and the infinity pool with built in seating

the pool is great, as is the game room

the swimming pool is lovely and the views are fantastic

the plants were beautifully cared for, and the pool area was small but very clean

was expected the breakfast to be included and it wasn’t for i don’t know what reason when i made reservation

my last visit the guest washing machine was broken, but we took a taxi to a local laundry (mina's laundry) and picked it up washed and folded the next day

rooms were great (some noise from the pool) but noting out of hand

breakfast did not open until 7 am which was fine , but no access to coffee earlier than 7am is a

we were there we were interrupted by a kids birthday party and a tupperware convention

various restaurants on site, activities almost every night, morning pilates and yoga, access to a gym, and a spa

the pool bar (diego and daniel) were great

the pool area was fabulous except for lack of shade

a door from the pool to the washrooms would be good, so you don't need to walk up by the restaurant in your bathing

and bar , they wanted us mostly to pay with credit card, or charge to the room which we had a credit

my family and i really enjoyed the pool

one day there was a 17 year old young man who almost drowned and it was the waiter, bar tender and manager that dove into the water to save him

how about a bar set up near reception (business area), so we can enjoy a cocktail in the evening instead of

nothing, but could include breakfast in the price as standard.

we loved having our own pool in our room

everything. especially the private pool and wonderful staff

and the national park nearby was great

there weren t enough pool chairs and people were running around trying to steal chairs

it was quite a hike from the rooms down near the pool up to the hotel lobby.

we loved that we were across from the gym and walking distance to beach, town and restaurant

only one bar in entire hotel, restaurant has a very limited menu , parking only had 4 stalls, cleaning was ok

hairdryer not working, very poor maintenance in bathroom generally, fridge not working in our kids room)

the pool is really nice and perfect for kids
