negative i can think of is with so many bath features in reach from the shower seat, the grab bar itself was a little congested to serve it's purpose of—a clear safe place to hold on to

foot traffic noise from the rooftop bar in our bedroom at the 5th floor just under

view on the golden gate was disappointing -no access to spa for kids, even 12 years old accompanied by an adult

the spa was beyond my expectations

of the contemporary rooms do not have parking close by and pathways to self parking area are dangerously dark at night

a nice way to begin the day, and the second morning it was chilly so we had breakfast at the cozy bar inside

of parking, however we didn’t hire a car and most used the driverless waymo taxi’s which our kids loved

no chain lock at top of door to keep kids from getting out

elevator was really helpful with small kids

there was plenty of room for me and my husband and 2 kids (4 & 6)

no early check in.. no parking since the place was packed.

at the front desk we were greeted by the friendly staff that was kind enough to give us an early check in and parking for the day

he had his earphones on and seemed occupied when we inquired about an early check in

we arrived early and they let us store our bags (4) for a few hours and then let us do an early check in at
