d patient: my daughter called and bugged them for the wifi password three times and there was no issue on their end)
staff at breakfast bar gave my kids hot coco and even made sure the temp was safe for them
the wifi is very essential to business travelers
there is no room service through the hotel itself which would have been nice
when we first checked in we were in a room next to a room with screaming kids, but the hotel staff let us move rooms with no issue

i made reservations for at room with spa and when we got there the rooms were all sold out.
the spa tub was really nice and the hotel was close to lots of restaurants.
