i made reservations for at room with spa and when we got there the rooms were all sold out.

the spa tub was really nice and the hotel was close to lots of restaurants.

everything it was perfect absolutely suggest getting the spa room me and my husband loved it!

i saw a family with young children coming out of the pool room who were very cold

i knew that early check in might be unavailable, so i just asked the staff whether it was possible to check in

staff at breakfast bar gave my kids hot coco and even made sure the temp was safe for them

i had to use my extra money that i saved for my kids to spend at the convention on items in the coffee shop

services were very accommodating

the kitchen area was nice even thou i didn’t use it

a large kitchen is accessible to all rooms, which was nice enough

there were snacks and a filtered water pitcher in the fridge, all common areas were super clean, kitchen was really nice, air conditioner was quality

the property was cleaned everything was in perfect order i was able to use the kitchen which was great because i love homemade

i thought i was getting a room with a shared full kitchen like i requested in the picture

work out ,visit the spa or just hang out in the pool having your favorite cocktails

indoor and outdoor pools during the summer —- thought the outdoor pool gets crowded in the summer

great amenities , classes , gym , tennis, great breakfast options

the spa staff was also amazing

i didn't have time to use the gym or spa but the room was so nice and the bathroom was excellent
