the indoor swimming pool was too cold

i'd rather pay a higher rate and be offered free room service and coffee

for both my rooms, would not give me the key for my second room because it was somehow in my kids names when they were only listed as guests at booking, told they had to call to change name on

the pool was beautiful and resort-like, with swim streams and lounge chairs, and the gym exceeds

room service quality was poor. bread was a bit stale.

breakfast selection was very varied and my daughter loved the waffle maker

the included breakfast suited our needs as well

noisy guests at night pets barking late at night the laundry room needs serious upkeep

neighborhood nice and clean had laundry place very good customer service from reception desk to room service breakfast was good the

also, just note when you re booking that there s no swimming pool or gym in the building

large apartment style rooms with kitchen, location, cleanliness, free wifi

they are working on it but there are ceiling leaks in the swimming pool room.

pool has always been too cold. it s a shame. i tried to go in three visits ago.... no way!!!

wifi renews everyday and only 3 devices allowed. the counter and living room table were dirty.

we had an early check in and late check out which was greatly appreciated.

the staff was friendly and nice and granted my request for a late check out

location everything i wanted had some food in the thirty bar haddock and chips was amazing big portion and tasted great darryl behind the bar was excellent

spa available and some nice stores to check out as well

brand new property. modern great breakfast big spacious rooms

carpet and chair had stained, the pool and gym isn’t open like it says it is, the breakfast doesn’t happen

i was in a rush to check out as i had to go and pick up my kids and it took them forever to give me my deposit

the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the gym was functional

angelina and her breakfast, réception and the staff in general

a gym without a sauna and steam room for the price would exceed the expectations.

glitch with the computer system ending up waiting for more than an hour for breakfast to be served, 1st day of the stay wait was about 1+ wait for bf

got a free upgrade, early check in and late check out all at no cost

unfortunately, there is no room service, and my online restaurant menu was different from my daughter's

there was no breakfast. when i requested for late check out i was granted 30 mins. that was good

small room, has a bathroom and a lil kitchenette squeezed into it which was crowded but more handy than

it had a big bathroom, kitchen area, and two bedrooms

the room was large with high ceilings, sitting and eating areas and a kitchen

so nice clean lovely quite everything was great all the amenities are available in the room kitchen stuff bathroom stuff tv just if we could log to our netflix on the tv could be awesome need

is no mini bar, no breakfast and no room service

poor wifi.

the rooftop bar is a great venue to relax and enjoy the toronto skyline

the wifi was reliable

that they need to add soda/ iced tea prices to their room service menus.
