the indoor swimming pool was too cold

i'd rather pay a higher rate and be offered free room service and coffee

for both my rooms, would not give me the key for my second room because it was somehow in my kids names when they were only listed as guests at booking, told they had to call to change name on

the pool was beautiful and resort-like, with swim streams and lounge chairs, and the gym exceeds

room service quality was poor. bread was a bit stale.

breakfast selection was very varied and my daughter loved the waffle maker

the included breakfast suited our needs as well

noisy guests at night pets barking late at night the laundry room needs serious upkeep

neighborhood nice and clean had laundry place very good customer service from reception desk to room service breakfast was good the

also, just note when you re booking that there s no swimming pool or gym in the building

large apartment style rooms with kitchen, location, cleanliness, free wifi

they are working on it but there are ceiling leaks in the swimming pool room.

pool has always been too cold. it s a shame. i tried to go in three visits ago.... no way!!!

wifi renews everyday and only 3 devices allowed. the counter and living room table were dirty.

that they need to add soda/ iced tea prices to their room service menus.

when they were out of the dessert i wanted for room service, they brought up a different similar one for free

good facilities including laundry services. surrounded by good restaurants and bars.

gave late check out but at 9 am someone was vacuuming and by 11 they were knocking on my door waking me

an early check in which was greatly appreciated after lugging our luggage around toronto all day

checked in less than 25 minutes early

accessible room with a king bed (other rooms mostly had double beds) which included complimentary breakfast

angelina and her breakfast, réception and the staff in general

nothing actually bad but the gym could have some more equipment

the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the gym was functional

a gym without a sauna and steam room for the price would exceed the expectations.

swimming pool yet i didn t choose it for that , but i don t do gym equipment and my sore knee needed a pool

it has its own kitchen, the bed was so comfortable and the air worked so well

pleased with the location and wonderful staff who were very willing to help - even allowed an early check in which was greatly appreciated

we were able to have both an early check in and a late checkout, which really helped and us with our stay in toronto

was comfortable, easy to access the eaton center and i was able to enjoy early check in on arrival

nonetheless the front counter, ratnesh, was incredibly helpful - he got me an early check in with no extra charge and recommended a tour to niagara falls

there was no breakfast. when i requested for late check out i was granted 30 mins. that was good

the size of the room, the quiet room. big kitchen .nice bathroom. room 123! is the one to ask !
