all staff were friendly, food and dring was of a good standard and lots of choice, swimming pool was lovely and clean

excited about the trip and then felt let down when there was no tennis court as advertised, the pool was cold, there was one slide in an old tired playground

hotel has thought about the safety of guests by putting artificial grass around the pool to make sure no one slips and hurts themselves

aside from the very charming and spacious bungalows with sunbeds and terrace, there were many pools available to choose where to swim and tan (they also offer towels for the pool with a 10€

modern and new. many and good facilities. several pools, massage and gym

the gym and spa were closed due to covid so we couldn t use these facilities

couple things disappointed us during our stay there were unstable and sometimes poor wifi connection which is provided for additional charge 2 per day and smoking allowance in patio

we enjoyed the activities put on by the hotel, ranging from aqua gym, to putting, to tennis, really well organised by the activity staff

all the facilities to enjoy your stay: several pools (including silence pools), a very good spa with fabulous view, a fitness centre (-) spa was paid and indoor pools were also paid (+) spa package was nice (+)resort set in the style of a traditional spanish villa (+) spa was excellent too (+)great location and loved the spa facilities (+) furthermore, since it is a spa, the spa is quite big and impressive too, for such a hotel (+) loved the spa and everything else

our room was next to the adjacent hotel and although this was an adults only hotel we could hear kids screaming in the morning

i loved the breakfast and the dinner with the different cuisine

bar, nicole in the animations team, minerva and monserrat in the restaurant, and cristian at the pool were all especially outstanding

food choices are breakfast good. plenty of loungers/ seats round pool

the facilities are great and not too far apart so it’s easy to keep an eye on your kids!!
