the telephone didn't work so couldn't order room service as

perfect - very comfortable, fantastic breakfast topped up by toast with home made marmalade and all really good value provided by an

arrived early for a funeral and was worrying about early check in, getting changed etc

always made to feel very welcome and the breakfast are amazing

machine could have been more full, there was hardly anything left in there, also we opted for late check out and the cleaners where quite loud at one point

the only downfall was that when we asked for late check out there was clearly a lack of communication between the customer facing staff in the

staff were great and gave us late check out for the inconvenience so can’t fault them

during my visit this time i was kindly given a late check out time even though it was not required

2 different members of staff granting a late check out and confirmed, we still had someone come into the room to question why we hadn't

the only thing i would have liked is to have the option of milk with my coffee when i ordered room service

the polish bar man is amazing and always remembers us when we return
