currently going threw a problem with the hotel for charging me twice and my girlfriend once for room service that we only ordered once and it s taking quite a while for the hotel to refund

but the gym would only go down to 19 degress which meant it was blasting out heat and i couldn't find out

big points that i got the chance to have room service, i like that i get the the chance to eat in my room

a number of encounters with the reception staff (recommendations, directions, transit assistance, laundry, etc) (-)no real window; would have liked access to laundry facilities. (-)the cleaning company who does their laundry put a few holes in one of my shirts

during my visit this time i was kindly given a late check out time even though it was not required

staff really helpful and we even got a free late check out

at check in we were informed that late check out was only £5 and we could pay this when we returned from our night out

reception was extremely helpful throughout our stay and even let us have late check out for free

machine could have been more full, there was hardly anything left in there, also we opted for late check out and the cleaners where quite loud at one point

full kitchen, really well equipped, clean, great facilities, breakfast and coffee included

thank goodness for the pancake maker which my kids loved

i like that there’s a gym

onsite their is a gym and an area where you can purchase wine , basic foods if you need stuff on arrival

was basic item and good choice of health options and great pancake maker was great for the kids
