commodities where excellent, the restaurant served fresh delicious food and the bar has an extensive selection of alcohols at very good prices, would definitely be coming back

the telephone didn't work so couldn't order room service as

staff were great and gave us late check out for the inconvenience so can’t fault them

machine could have been more full, there was hardly anything left in there, also we opted for late check out and the cleaners where quite loud at one point

2 different members of staff granting a late check out and confirmed, we still had someone come into the room to question why we hadn't

the only downfall was that when we asked for late check out there was clearly a lack of communication between the customer facing staff in the

at check in we were informed that late check out was only £5 and we could pay this when we returned from our night out

decor was very chic, bed really comfortable, good wifi facility, and the bathroom was nicely decorative with a brilliant power shower

great location, nice room, friendly staff, 24/7 gym very unusual but great. nice bar too

there was a laundry room with washer and dryer which we could use free of charge

was basic item and good choice of health options and great pancake maker was great for the kids

so clean and the kitchen area was well equipped
