kitchenette lacked a sink, description said there was a toaster and there was not one

the restaurant, spa, walking trail, gym were all closed

the room was very clean and spacious with a full kitchen and cook wear

little kitchenette would be great for a multiple day stay

after booking there was a slight mix-up but i received a call and was given a king room with full kitchen at no extra charge

first, cabin was new and clean. second, it had full kitchen with amenities.

the bed was extremely comfortable and we ordered dessert room service and were not disappointed

this is an upscale 4star hotel right in biltmore village that had restaurant, bar, spa in the main building

during our stay, they ensured every guest had complimentary breakfast and good options for room service dinner

were planning on a drink in the bar & then decided to stay for dinner

great location very close to biltmore house good bar scene excellent restaurant cosy atmosphere

suggestions for improvement: more way-finding signage for the gym

was spacious, comfortable, and centrally located in asheville, the on-location restaurant and bar was utterly incredible as well

would have liked either more cleaning supplies and laundry soap stocked or someone coming in to clean

we loved the pool and hot tub too

would love to come back when the pool area is open

the golden hour restaurant was excellent and the rooftop bar a great location for relaxing with a cocktail

the gym is nice and clean, the room was very clean and i like the location

unfortunately the gym was closed due to hurricane consequences.

-- the adjacent bar was lovely and the bartender rose was kind, attentive and accommodating

had a bit of an issue with the microwave for breakfast… coffee not very hot…

the much-touted bar wasn't actually open any of the three nights we were there

breakfast was ok, nothing special

a breakfast basket is delivered to your room each morning with food that can be eaten in your room or

breakfast baskets every morning, refrigerator packed with drinks, and optional snacks and alcohol

the breakfast basket was wonderful, and the perfect addition to a beautiful stay.

only thing, but i do understand about, i wish they had gluten/dairy free combo for the breakfast basket, they only had either or

the gym was closed for renovations as well, with no offer of another facility to work out in

no free breakfast but they have a restaurant downstairs that was pretty good

there was also a problem with a pet fee requirement which was not stated anywhere on our confirmation

the breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was delicious and the beds were very comfortable

on site restaurant, lounge, and coffee bar were all good
