the lounging and pool area gave me the feel of a water front property

i loved sitting in the lobby / bar area very pleasing to the eyes

was a little difficult to get room service

i liked the frig, stove and kitchenette area, was not expecting that. bed was very comfortable.

have kitchen and fridge in the room which is very convenient

it was cool that the outdoor pool was on the third level

the gym is not so upto date

we had to do to the gym to use it

also very accommodating the shuttle ride

loved having a shuttle bus.

had a wonderful stay and employees justin at the bar and jacqueline at the front desk were particularly helpful at providing about things to do in

nice view of the ashley river, kid-friendly shallow pool, convenient location

it was a nice setting looking out over the river and the pool/outdoor patio area was very nice

covered parking and the staff was very helpful. the pool and the privacy

just the pool is a tab small, but looking at the surrounding hotels, it has the best pool

also loved having access to laundry in our room

the check in staff were exceptional at offering me a choice of rooms, i loved the rooftop pool and the lobby is absolutely brilliant

nevertheless when if your looking for a great cocktail stop by 1kept bar off the lobby, most times it is hard to have only one

the pool was tiny and there was no hot tub

had a suite with a loft bedroom, separate living room and full kitchen

we spent a couple days enjoying the rooftop pool and also made our way to the hotel bar for a few drinks

we loved the picnic basket breakfast

the pool was fun and the restaurant really good

rooms are amazingly roomy and have nice little kitchenettes

bed and pillows in bedroom # 1, behind the kitchen

the breakfast was plentiful and the pre dinner snacks served with wine were perfect

there was always water, coffee, tea, lemonade and ice in the kitchen

the kitchen was noisy in the morning if one is staying in the carriage houses

musty odor to it and management upgraded us to the upper floor flat with a kitchen, dining area and living room

mildew in the shower. slow room service.

in fact, we barely had connection at all; only one corner of the room could accommodate a strong internet

an added bonus, especially if combined with some limited ability to have the meal delivered ala room service

wifi would not work on phone

the bartender in the peninsula grill, was nice to talk to and was clearly in command of the bar

pool was beautiful, the children had plenty of room to play with each other

wonderful resort like pool. rooms were clean and comfortable. hotel had a bar and restaurant.

please don’t fire anyone but as a bartender myself i know it is important to make the customers feel comfortable and i did not get

the food, everyone was friendly, the pool was amazing
