the lounging and pool area gave me the feel of a water front property

simply wonderful hotel great gym

great rooms, internet, fantastic gym

i loved sitting in the lobby / bar area very pleasing to the eyes

was a little difficult to get room service

i liked the frig, stove and kitchenette area, was not expecting that. bed was very comfortable.

have kitchen and fridge in the room which is very convenient

not what we expected it was ghetto and nasty and they had a lot of violence outside not safe for kids or anyone not a great place to

the pool was nice and the breakfast was just right and great options

i feel we should ve had forks plates, cups, basic necessities, that would be in a kitchen, especially if there was a fully equipped kitchen in the room

the kitchen faucet came on and stayed in all night. could not turn it off. it was a nuisance.

they also have a whole kitchen, frig, and oven which is awesome

great location, great view from the rooftop bar/restaurant, easy and convenient shuttle service

roaches near kitchen, dirty bathroom, had to pay for an average breakfast, noisy location

shout out to the restaurant and kitchen staff for a delicious breakfast

food and bar area closed after 11am and didn’t reopen until 4pm

the hot tub jets didn’t work and the pool wasn’t the cleanest but was beautiful

the hot tub was out of order and there were no umbrellas by the pool for sun relief.

drinks at bar were expensive, having to pay for parking.

also loved having access to laundry in our room

my family liked the pool/hot tub and the river view it was nice.

from the front desk to the kitchen staff, the house keepers everyone was excellent

the pool on the saturday was so busy circa 25 people in it drinking so a waste of

the pool was fun and the restaurant really good

the bar closed at 11. there is nothing open around that area that late.

we loved the picnic basket breakfast

we appreciated the breakfast basket dropped off outside our room and took advantage of the free jeep pick-up and

the full sized kitchen, was stocked so that you were able to cook if you choose to

please don’t fire anyone but as a bartender myself i know it is important to make the customers feel comfortable and i did not get

kids were out of control driving in the pool splashing water on people fighting with each other

food selection was low and kids options were slim

pool was beautiful, the children had plenty of room to play with each other
