incredible property, rooms, pool and beach all fantastic

the tropical location, the amenities, the food, the plunge pool in our room, the beach, the architecture, and most of all the staff, everyone was was friendly

lastly, the beautiful pools and spas close at 6pm, and thats just such a shame, as they look so incredibly beautiful at

spa facilities and restaurants are the best i've seen

loved the pool at the room, i saw the employee who cleans it and checks the levels of chemicals

the pool ans staff attitude, free breakfast and for the price everything was fantastic.

wifi only at the reception, no real curtains, and the shower gave only luke warm water.

staff was really nice and welcoming, really liked they had a kids pool very nice

there were little kids in the hot tub that i thought was unappropriate

disappointed that the pool bar and restaurant were not open during our entire stay

beds and when we arrived, discovered we got a full apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, loaded kitchen, living room

the benefits of that were that there was laundry, fridge, wifi, etc

there was a water cooler with no cups - no coffee or laundry facilities as indicated on their website

although the listing says there is a self service laundry, only the washer will accept your money and work

the facilities were beautiful and the pool area is really nice; the rooms were huge and very comfortable; and location was great too

the people are fantastic and the hotel has an amazing restaurant with pool on the roof

bathroom was a bit small but this is a stay i recommend very lovely rooftop bar and pool and stunning

breakfast time vary daily

i did not eat in the restaurant so can not comment about the food or that staff, but the lobby bar was attractive

facilities had a gym which was nice and a 24 hour open market with drinks and quick foods for a late night bite

it was close to restaurants and casinos. also close to the small beach area.

continental breakfast has been discontinued, but there are refrigerator and kitchen available for guest use

the hotel has a cosy little garden and a shared kitchen

and we had access to the kitchen with fridge and microwave

used the gym and loved it also the pool to die for

not a bad terrace laundry machine available for a small fee, on premises parking space

the staff is very helpful and the hotel has its own little kitchen and laundry room

room is not very spacious but has everything that is needed, except the wifi signal is very low, to the point that sometimes one has to stay in the inner yard to get it

wifi connectivity a bit wonky, needs improvement.
