incredible property, rooms, pool and beach all fantastic

the tropical location, the amenities, the food, the plunge pool in our room, the beach, the architecture, and most of all the staff, everyone was was friendly

lastly, the beautiful pools and spas close at 6pm, and thats just such a shame, as they look so incredibly beautiful at

spa facilities and restaurants are the best i've seen

loved the pool at the room, i saw the employee who cleans it and checks the levels of chemicals

another thing was the fact that room service was not good plus when they did come they left the door unlocked and the bathroom

this blatant dishonesty ruined our plans, upset my kids, and left us feeling completely disrespected

the restaurant was not open for breakfast which is inconvenient for a luxury hotel

upgrade when our reserved room was already taken by others, good location, strong and consistent wifi & cable, comfy beds, felt safe, good ac, easy checkout process and they held our bags for us

beds and when we arrived, discovered we got a full apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, loaded kitchen, living room

i insisted, since i had kids in the shower that needed drying, and the staff member begrudgingly complied

the pool was smaller than the picture on the advertisement.

the rooftop deck was also lovely with its plunge infinity pool that overlooks the city

there was a water cooler with no cups - no coffee or laundry facilities as indicated on their website

although the listing says there is a self service laundry, only the washer will accept your money and work

the benefits of that were that there was laundry, fridge, wifi, etc

the people are fantastic and the hotel has an amazing restaurant with pool on the roof

i asked over 2 times to clean the room i had left the sign outside the door room service needed no one came after the 3rd day of my 5 days stay that sucked
