the bar was a bit dead

noise level. i heard the bar activity from my room.

rooftop bar was good, but could use better sun shades

negative i can think of is with so many bath features in reach from the shower seat, the grab bar itself was a little congested to serve it's purpose of—a clear safe place to hold on to

foot traffic noise from the rooftop bar in our bedroom at the 5th floor just under

friendly front desk staff. easy check in. reasonable pet fee.

like staying here because they have a pool, jacuzzi, balcony, microwave, refridgerator, and breakfast

breakfast was a bit too modest

great heated pool and spa - we didn't expect that. good location to explore the area.

free convenient parking, laundry machine, balcony makes it a great place to get away!!!

parking was troublesome.

however the bar staff were great especially erdem who made great cocktails and was very engaging and great fun

the open field provides a good area for kids to play

the spa was beyond my expectations

both dinner and breakfast were room temperature

the staff was friendly and caring, the baskets with food never got empty during breakfast, they were refilling it all the time :)) we really liked the room design and its tidiness

needs the carpets in the closet and extra space to be vacuumed regularly they were dusty and the kids were playing on them

not a problem if your neighbor behave and has no kids

location, especially if you are traveling with young kids, since there is a library close by, and the marina is beautiful

the rooms were clean, was able to do my laundry, free parking, and front desk person who checked me in was very friendly and helpful

easy early check in. very gracious front desk greeting. great location.

good location, powerful shower, cable tv and helpful staff - allowed us early check in!

had called a day before coming down to sf to see if there was any possibility of an early check in due to a booking mistake i made and flying in to sf at 7am

the fence on the balcony on the pathway upstairs i think it’s not really kids friendly, so keep your eyes

the same goes for the carpets in our room (the kids room was better though)

no chain lock at top of door to keep kids from getting out

there was plenty of room for me and my husband and 2 kids (4 & 6)
