the lighting in the room was awesome and so was the ability to have a spa tub

reserved a room with a spa tub and water was lukewarm never got hot

spa bath seemed bigger than the picture which was very great

the sheets and pillows were stained, that spa tub wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, the appliances were used like the soap and toilet paper

requested 2 extra towels because i had the spa room and was told by staff, they only give 2 towels a day per room

the tv didn t work in my room nor did the wifi

don't allow guests and if someone does come they can't get in the pool and they use blowers to clean up round the place all early and get your car all

i specifically wanted a room with a spa and when i checked into room it didnt have one

positioning of the pool as it doesn t get sunlight for too long and the pool bar was closed in the summer time

so many restaurants/ bar inside to choose from as well

was hard to tell when some of the facilities like the rooftop bar were open

there is a very nice coffee bar in the lobby. the hotel is near the convention center.

everything was pretty nice and clean, staff was nice. room with the spa was amazing.

the initial presentation was was great. the kitchen was nice.

the spa jacuzzi and the rooms were up todate

the spray for the spa tub did not work but overall those are minor issues that we can work through

not a spa tub as advertised
