swimming pool was ok, but better at 7am

the spa in the sister hotel was fine.

the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant the breakfast was wonderful, and the waiting staff were efficent and couldn't be more

the hotel has a lovely bar area with a lovely outdoor terrace and beer garden

emails and a phone call to get a response to a question, no one picked up when we called for room service, and bar the gentleman on reception when we checked in who was lovely, every other

room service breakfast was amazing nothing was too much trouble

the room available for a family with 3 kids and the practicality of the kitchen

in the restaurant which was excellent as our dog was very excited with the food coming out the kitchen, so this kept her amused allowing us to eat
