i was in a room on the top floor and there was no wifi signal.

excellent customer service from the receptionist, who doubled as waitress and bar staff

great, rooms perfectly comfortable, great value for money and right location for us and parking available

they were helpful with early check in as we were going to an event, parking was easy and safe, they carried my bags to my

clear from the booking that this is not bed and breakfast - you need to know that there is no kitchen and no breakfast

breakfast offered, however i understand some rooms might have a kitchen and there is a great cafe around the corner

in flat 6 lots of space really helpful and friendly staff lots of storage wardrobes and cupboards kitchen with washing machine

door to be propped open which was dissapointing given the door is accessible from the busy bar

the bar and cafe/restaurant downstairs is really nice and the concept of the art hotel is attractive

what we wanted, staff were brilliant and so helpful, the breakfast top class, would i stay again, most

the room is comfortable, particularly the bathroom, and i liked the option for room service and the welcoming cookies left in the room

the restaurant & bar area was really warm and welcoming as we arrived and the staff were very attentive in giving us
