breakfast was an absolute delight and he even packaged up their famous pastries for me to take to

had quite a few choices for breakfast and ours was delicious

i slept so soundly i almost missed breakfast

breakfast was included and had fresh fruit, a muffin, coffee, juice and an egg dish

everything was great from the room to our breakfast

staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate early check in for me which i do

have staff had a continental breakfast had a microwave in your own room were able to use the spa cuz u claim you have one but didn't see one there just an old style

clothes were black they basically stole 100 dollars from me not to mention the room advertised a spa bath there was none

the case then they need to put more than two bath towels in the room—especially given the spa tub

the spa tub is just a huge bathtub

atmosphere, the interesting history, the extremely comfortable bed and of course those delicious breakfast scones

the bed was comfortable, the linen clean, plenty of hot water and the laundry worked well

the general manager, paul was very accommodating with my requests, such as early check in and having two rooms next to each other

they had a laundry area where i was able to dry my clothes after riding that maid of the mist in niagra falls

staff was friendly, the location was good and the free parking is an excellent amenity as is the early check in time

had an old laundry smell

room service just replaced towels and emptied the trash, didn't make the bed or anything

there was no wifi signal at the room and we complained two times, but no solution was provided

the towels were so soft, kudos to the laundry team

hotel is so enormous that the wifi signal is very weak nearly everywhere and slow in the internet speed
