(+) lunch and dinner was alright, but fantastic breakfast buffet (-)breakfast was good but it didn t stay warm all that well so sometimes parts of the meal would be (-)m) and the buffet was only opened for breakfast (+)friendly staff, awesome food (4 different restaurants - all delicious and great choices at the breakfast buffet), very clean, the most beautiful room; we loved it and couldn't ask for more for (+)the team at the restaurant were amazing from the breakfast to lunch. (-) also the customer service may be improved in the breakfast area as we waited twice for coffee

if you end up close to monkey bar (we did not), you will be listening to very, very laud music all day (+) the monkey club bar and pool area, and the nightclub, are so weird, with blaring music and literally nobody there (-)educated speacking loud on a call,wich i find very unprofecional,the drink hut at the beach,the bar tender was not focus when it came to prepare the drinks,it was a nightmare
