breakfast was just amazing, what a selection of food

in particular our concierge/butler luis and jose at the egg station for breakfast

we had an early check in (it was great as we arrived at 5 am)

food was very americanized, no pool or beach towels provided , airport shuttle was an extra fee,

property was very quiet and serene. pool wasn't overcrowded. the ala carte meals were excellent.

and requested prior to arrival for them to be close together, especially since one room was for kids

we had 5 different places to choose from to eat, we had convenient shopping on the resort, the pool area was beautiful and clean, and the staff was extremely pleasant

property itself is gorgeous - huge territory, modern facilities, decent aquapark for kids, great choice of restaurants, excellent food variety and food quality, good a la carte

everything expect for the drinks , the drinks in the casino was the best.

the amenities like the spa and arcade were fantastic

the kids club is very lovely and the nanny’s too

up being a 45 minute hydrotherapy or basically a high pressure water fountain and cold jetted pool

the pool was ice cold and completely empty; there was no poolside service, no swim-up bar, and no pool

the only good thing was the location and the pool

babies’ pools and water park are amazing, it’s a very kid-friendly hotel

you have to go to a bar truck to get drinks which is ok but waiter service would make it better

pools are very clean, the food was tasty and fresh, the service was great, particularly the lobby bar staff: the bartenders lucia and luis were super friendly and amazing mixologists, their

not like that you had to stand in line when u go to breakfast to book only 3 nights of dinner

although there are several restaurants on the property, selections for breakfast and lunch are very limited

room was charged at the same rate as 2 adults although i traveled alone

could not get room service at any time during our stay we were on the ground floor

kitchen could be cleaner and noise in the evening from the pub/bar outside the hotel

kitchen was very basic, it can be put more effort on what the kitchen has to offer for essentials,

kitchenette needs to be renovated, with a little paint and with a screwdriver you can fix the

the breakfast is basic..two eggs a water and a coffee! the bed was small for 2 people!

the room i was assigned was grey and sad (it's what they had available due to my early check in) but when i voiced my opinion on the second day they changed it for me no problem
